Client Handbook

“Drug court was a life changing experience. It gave me my life back – a chance to start over. I was able to graduate and now I have a future. I feel like a huge burden has been lifted.”
The Juvenile Drug Court program provides court involved, drug dependent juveniles with intense substance abuse outpatient treatment. The program is a voluntary, one year program for juveniles 13-19 years old. Drug Court provides enrolled youth with an opportunity to proactively deal with their dependence while providing rehabilitation and reintegration into the community rather than facing punitive alternatives.

Collier County has contracted with the David Lawrence Center (DLC) to provide the treatment component for the Juvenile Drug Court program.

Clients must be court ordered into the program.
