Client Handbook
Supported Housing & Living Services are offered to adults 18 years or older with a diagnosed mental health disorder and/or co-existing deficits in one or more areas of functioning. These clients often have multiple losses in their immediate support system and numerous needs that require a variety of services and/or resources to meet those needs.

Supported Housing & Living Services are designed to train, empower and educate individuals on the activities of daily living necessary to maintain independent and integrated living within the community. These services include housing assistance such as landlord advocacy, how to live affordably and safely within the community and how to adhere to lease agreements and housing rules. Community integration education and family support services are also provided. These services are designed to enhance the person’s recovery and wellness and encourage independent living in the least restrictive environment possible.

Supported Housing & Living Services are community based and provided throughout Collier County. Adults can access these services in Naples and Immokalee, but must meet certain clinical criteria to enter into the program determined by a clinician through a comprehensive clinical assessment.
