Regular full-time employees who work 20 hours/week or more have the following available on a pro-rated basis to use after six months of continuous employment. Leave provided during the first calendar year of employment may be carried over to the following year.

  • Paid leave will be distributed semi-annually (first full pay period of January and July of each year).
  • You may use up to three days of paid leave for personal illness during your initial employment period.
  • Leave may be used for sick time, personal time or vacation upon successful completion of initial probation
  • You will also accumulate at a rate of 10 days/year of non-vesting disability leave per year. This is to be used for illnesses lasting beyond five days for yourself. Seriously is defined by the Family Medical Leave Act.
Personal Leave
Employees may receive one-half day twice per year to attend a school function for a child, a real-estate closing and automobile repair.

Holidays
All regular employees scheduled to work 20 hours or more will receive 10 paid holidays per year (Pro-rated for part-time).
